Several events are planned to take place during the project.
16 May 2024
Final Project Workshop ”Standardisation of Measurements for DC Electricity Grids”, VSL, Delft, Netherlands
This event took place on Thursday 16 May 2024 from 9.00 to 17.00 at VSL in Delft and was organized as part of the “Measurements for Smart Electricity Grids: workshop and open consultation” on 15 & 16 May 2024 (see more information here). The event was attended in person by about 35 participants and visited online by more than 100 attendees from a.o. industry, academia, and metrology organizations. More information on the programme can be found here. The slides of the presentations can be found here.
27-29 September 2023
AMPS workshop, Bern, Switzerland
Two project papers were presented at the IEEE International Workshop on Applied Measurements for Power Systems (AMPS 2023).
12-16 December 2022
CPEM conference, Wellington, New Zealand
Three project papers were presented at the Conference on Precision Electromagnetic Measurements (CPEM 2022).
28 October 2022
Workshop “On-site measurements in LVDC grids and their interpretation”
A special workshop was organized by the project consortium in Malaga, Spain, which could also be followed online. The status of the work on on-site measurements in LVDC grids was presented in a series of presentations by Helko van den Brom (VSL), Daniele Gallo (SUN), Julio Melero (CIRCE), Michael Blaz (PTB), Xavier Yang (EDF), as well as our chief stakeholder Javier Leiva (Innovation Enel Grids).
28-30 September 2022
AMPS workshop, Cagliari, Italy
Three project papers were presented at the IEEE International Workshop on Applied Measurements for Power Systems (AMPS 2022).
29 May – 1 June 2022
ICHQP conference, Naples, Italy
A special session on “Standardisation of measurements for low-voltage DC electricity grids” has been arranged by the project consortium at the International Conference on Harmonics and Quality of Power (ICHQP 2022). Four papers have been presented on the project’s results.
1 April 2022
Stakeholder workshop, online
A special workshop was organized by the project consortium to discuss and get feedback on the first project results, among which the proposed initial definitions of DC PQ parameters, envisaged on-site measurement campaigns, and potential impact on standardization.
